  • All mobile phones are covered by a 1-year brand warranty.
  • We accept returns for mobile phones in the following situations:
  • Non-PTA complaint phone
  • Broken seal
  • Phone already activated
  • Repacked phone
  • Damaged phone

Accessories

  • Our accessories typically come with a 6-month to 1-year warranty, though some items may have different return periods.
  • Returns for accessories like earbuds and smartwatches are accepted under these conditions:
  • Battery issues
  • Connectivity issues
  • Display issues
  • Physical damage
  • Item not functioning as expected

Initiating a Return

To start a return, log into your newairtelmobiles.com, click on ‘Complaints’, and provide all necessary details of your issue. You must include a complete unboxing video of the product and a video demonstrating the issue.

Important Points:

  • Returns will only be processed if the complaint includes sufficient details.
  • If a defect is confirmed within the 24-hours return period, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
  • If no defect is found, or if the issue isn’t identified within 24 hours, you will be referred to the brand’s service center for further assistance.

  • Returns or exchanges based on a change of mind are not accepted.

  • The unboxing video must include the opening of our flyer and show all contents of the box in their original condition. This is crucial to prevent fraudulent claims.
